Hello all! My name is Jessica and I am not someone who can tell you what you can and can’t eat, or what you should and shouldn’t do with your life. I’m not perfect by any means and I have a long way to go before I reach my goals. With that being said, I am only here to give advice to those who want it. I started this blog because, for a while, I felt really motivated to lose weight and help others do it with me. Well, a lot has happened since then, so I am just trying to slowly (but surely) work my way up to exercising and eating right every day.
